SIMPLE & STRAIGHTFORWARD
What Gerry companions do and do not do
Gerry companions provide social support and practical everyday help. That includes conversation and company, walks and outings, help with errands, light household tasks, meal preparation, help with technology, and reminders to take medication (though not administering it).
Gerry companions do not provide personal care. That means no help with bathing, dressing, toileting, wound care, or any medical or clinical tasks. These are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and require specific professional qualifications. Gerry is a companionship service, designed and operated to remain outside CQC regulation.

David
